We partner with our customers to design and implement practical solutions geared towards sustainable change. Our consultation experience impacts the individual, team, and organization. Our collaborative process includes six stages.
Information Gathering and Setup:
This stage includes preliminary communications, initial meetings, preliminary assessment to determine focus or desired outcomes, planning assessment, submitting a proposal, developing a service support contract, and signing the contract.
Assessment:
The assessment may include surveys, process analysis, qualitative data collection, and meetings with key personnel to gain an understanding of the concern or target area. This stage is the diagnostic phase, which includes defining and measuring the scope of the situation, researching the situation, analyzing the situation, and validating analytical results with the customer.
Planning:
This stage includes developing courses of action, presenting proposed actions (options) to the customer, and seeking feedback on proposed actions.
Design:
A comprehensive plan is developed in collaboration with the customer. The design process ensures the systematic development of a plan capturing the requirements to obtain and sustain the desired change. The design stage is driven by the results of the assessment and planning stages and it yields the blueprint for future service support.
Implementation:
This stage includes strategies requiring action and conducting training. The designed plan will include a variety of action-driven strategies ranging from organization-level changes to individual actions. The associates will collaborate with the customer to incorporate mentoring, coaching, and group sessions to acquire and sustain the desired change.
Closeout or Sustainment:
If the contract is for project management there will be a contract closure or termination based on the details of the contract. The closeout consists of a final report, plans for follow-up (if required), and setting the conditions for future consulting. If consulting is ongoing, a sustainment plan will be included. The associates will support efforts to ensure that the operational adjustments, positive cultural changes, and progressive leader behaviors are maintained and becomes embedded into the organization’s systems and processes.
